Cancellations & Refunds

Once travel is booked with the airlines, your tickets will be subject to the airline or issuing travel agency's refund and cancellation policy. For most, this includes free cancellation and refund within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs, you will be able to cancel for a fee and get your miles back, but the exact prices and procedures for doing so vary by airline. You are responsible for knowing and being comfortable with these policies yourself.

Should you want cancellation insurance included in the reservation, please let us know and we will include it in the booking when booking for you. If you would like to cancel your trip, we will provide guidance on how to have the miles redeposited and fees reimbursed, when possible.

If you need to make changes to your itinerary after booking, we will help for a small fee. However, new travel dates and destination will be billed as a new trip.
